Our Destination... Basang Basa Resort!
Basang Basa Resort is 3 hours away from the City of Iloilo, I'ts located in San Joaquin, iloilo. we started off early as to avoid too much heat on the road, about 5am and arrived exactly 8am!
The water along this part of Panay is proven to be very clean! love the scenery btw!
Entrance fee is 15 pesos/head (except for kids 10 years below which pays 10/head). They have 9 cottages as i was told when i first inquired there. they have 4 or 5 air-con overnight cottages which can be rented at 2,000pesos a day...that would be 24hours. 4 are non air-con, mostly those are fan accommodation. These are 1 room, 2 queen beds maybe enough for 4 to 6 persons...8 if you know how to fit yourself in! there's no problem in excess coz the management at the cafeteria lets you rent bedding or pillow at 15pesos each, very affordable if you ask me!
They have this wide secure Parking place beside the cafeteria. People are nice and very accommodating. I love my stay day... no pressure in the spirit and in the pocket. Fair price if you ask me.
I wouldn't hesitate coming there again given a chance!
